Rack Effects

Rack Effects are a type of effect that contains two sub-busses, which you can add child effects to.

Adding Child Effects to a Rack Effect

  • The plus button
Lets you add effects to the sub busses
  • Reordering Effects
You can drag and drop effects between the sub busses, and the main bus that the rack effect belongs to.

Rack Effect Types

Multi Band Rack

The Multi Band Rack splits the signal into high and low frequency busses.
You can then add effects to these busses - allowing you to compress the low end, or distort the high end.

  • Crossover
Adjusts the frequency where the busses will be filtered.
  • Balance
Controls the relative level of the high and low buses.

Mid Side Rack

This effect splits the signal into mid (mono) and side (everything else) signals.

  • Balance
Controls the relative level of the mid and side buses.

Parallel Rack

This effect splits the signal into two identical signals, which can then be effected separately.

  • Balance
Controls the relative level of each bus.
