Mod Matrix
The Mod Matrix gives you the ability to inspect and edit all of the current Modulation links, in one place.
There are three different Mod Matrix views:
- List View — this is similar to most synths, and shows a list of each individual mod link.
- Source View — shows each mod source, and a list of connected destinations.
- Target View — shows each mod target, and a list of connected sources.
List View

From left to right, the columns show:
- Trash button
Deletes the mod link. - Enabled LED switch
Disables the link without deleting it. - Mod source name
Click this to swap to a different source, keeping all the other values the same. - Depth slider
Controls how much the source affects the target. - Polarity button
When up, the mod source will be added to the destination value. When down, the mod source will range from subtracting an amount and adding an amount. - Invert Left Right
When enabled, the value used by the destination knob on the right channel is the opposite of the value on the left channel. This lets the modulation become stereo. A good example is using an LFO to modulate the pitch cents, where the left channel pitch increases as the right channel pitch decreases. - Aux Source Dropdown
If you choose an aux source, the value of the modulation is multiplied by that source. For example, modulating with an LFO and using an Envelope with a long attack as the Aux Source, would mean the resulting modulation would fade in from nothing, to full. - Source graph
Shows you the source modulation level over time. So in the example above, you can see exactly what is happening between the Mod source and the Aux. - Focus button
Will take you to the Source View. - Arrow
Shows the direction of the signal flow. - Mod target value knob
Controls the base value of the target parameter - Mod target name
Includes the section of the synth it belongs to and the parameter name. - Target graph
Shows the mod value to the target over time. This value will show the combination of the source and the depth, and any Aux source if selected. - Focus button
Will take you to the Target View.
Source View

This view is split in half. On the left:
- A section containing the controls for the mod source. Adjusting these controls will also adjust the values on the main synth page
- A graph of the mod source value over time
- This section looks different for every type of mod source
On the Right hand side:
- A list of targets that the mod source is connected to.
- The columns in the target list have been described above.
Target View

This view is split in half. On the left:
- A list of Mod sources that are connected to the target.
- The columns in this list have been described above.
On the right is:
- A section with controls for the destination parameter
- A graph showing the sum of all the incoming mod sources, over time
- Stereo control as described in the mod target popover help
